Resilient Disability Services acknowledges and recognises the traditional owners of the land upon which we live & work, and we pay our respect to their elders past and present.
Behaviours of concern are often a form of communication, reflecting unmet needs, sensory triggers, or environmental challenges. Our Positive Behaviour Support service understands the cause through a Functional Behaviour Assessment, followed by an individualised Behaviour Support Plan. We help participants build communication, coping, and self-regulation skills while reducing restrictive practices in line with NDIS standards. Support is tailored to all ages and provided at home, school, and in the community.
We look beyond the behaviour itself to understand what’s causing it — then build a plan around that.
